Amanda’s professionalism was evident from the start and throughout. She made it clear that she wouldn’t be happy unless we were happy with the end result, which put us at ease. And to say that we were difficult clients might be an understatement - what and where we ended up buying was a 180-degree change from what we initially sought. We saw dozens of homes and made offers on about a dozen. We barely came in 2nd on a few right before we hooked the big fish. Amanda handled each step along the way with aplomb. She didn’t allow us to lose sight of the bigger picture even when we hit a wall. We will always be grateful for having been referred to Amanda, as there are so many realtors who could have written us off, which would have been devastating considering how eager we were to buy another home after just having sold ours and relocated to the Tampa area.
