Amanda was very personable and professional, provided us with great insight into the market, communicated with us clearly and frequently, helped us establish a schedule culminating in a date for an open house, and gently kept us to it. She provided some excellent referrals for house cleaners and handymen and generated professional promotional materials. And the end of the process, she helped us select from the offers we received, and negotiated hard for us. We were very pleased and would recommend her highly.
