Amanda made our experience selling our home very smooth and directly in line with our needs.
My experience with my agent, Amanda Ahlman, was very positive. Amanda was knowledgeable and priced our home based on comparable sales in the area. She was outgoing, professional, and communicated well with us on every aspect of our sale. She marketed our home very well and had 3 open houses that were well advertised and well attended. She made sure our needs were met as far as showings and negotiations were concerned. From the listing to the closing, she was on point with all aspects. She had our house sold within a month and we were very pleased with the entire process. I will definitely use Amanda again for my future real estate needs.
