What can I say. Our house was on the market for THREE DAYS and we had THREE CONTRACTS on it! Amanda gave us tips on what to change / repair and what to leave alone. The three day contracts tells me that her advice was on the mark. We chose the best of the three and we sold our home for $25,000 more than our asking price! Questions? I don't think so.
