I have worked with Amado a few times. As a woman Investor for 23 years, I can tell you that Amado is VERY hands on. Since I don't live in Palm Springs, Amado would offer to meet my appraiser, contractors, gardeners... anything to make it easier for me. He always kept me positive in the market and the price he said he could deliver. On 520 Yorba, Amado exceeded my expectation! Sold in 3 days and $50K over asking. If I would have waited like he suggest, I would have received $100K over asking. I recommend Amado 100% and he is definitely my preferred agent.
