Alyssa is simply wonderful. For starters, her response time is amazing. I constantly have questions, thoughts, or concerns about EVERYTHING. She is so patient and responds via text, call, or email very quickly. I have never had to wait on her for an answer or help. If she doesn't know the answer right away (which is rare), she finds out very quickly. Alyssa's knowledge of the buying/selling process, area, financial aspects, etc. is amazing. She is a great resource to have during these stressful times. Finally, Alyssa is willing to do anything to help you! I unfortunately had to go on hospital bedrest during pregnancy, and Alyssa made sure everything would go smoothly for us during our closings. My poor husband had to completely take over, but Alyssa made sure everything went as smooth as possible! You would be very smart to work with Alyssa. We HIGHLY recommend her to everyone. She is a genuine person who truly cares about us and is an excellent real estate agent!

We selected Alyssa to help facilitate our move back to the DFW area from Austin. We knew that the selection of our Real Estate Professional was key to our successfully purchasing our new home. We met Alyssa at an open house one weekend prior to kicking off our home search in earnest. I felt exceedingly comfortable with her immediately when we provided some feedback on the house she was showing. She was attentive and really seemed to be interested in what we had to say. That kind of attentiveness was what we were looking for, especially since our opportunities to look for homes would be very limited. Once we agreed to work with her, she provided exceptional service to us, working with our 'wonky' schedule to maximize our house hunting time. We are exceptionally pleased with our new home, and Alyssa gets a lot of credit for making the purchase smooth. She reached out to get clarifications from the seller's agent on many things, which eased our minds on a lot of items. Alyssa also helped to facilitate a dual closing in Austin for us, to help with a very smooth closing process. All in all, my husband and I were thrilled with Alyssa and will definitely recommend her to any of our friends who are in the market either to sell or purchase their next home.
