Alyssa takes the time to inform you of the process, gives you detailed options and really holds your hand along the way when you need it. We were expecting to be looking for a house for a few months, but happened across a house we loved. Alyssa helped come up with a plan on how we would approach the sale/purchase, realistic expectations, and had amazing recommendations for all parties involved in the sale process. Alyssa and all others involved went above and beyond to teach us, help us get what we want, and make sure we were still within our purchase budget and not getting a “bad” house. We got the house, and had (nearly) no stress through the whole process. Qualities: honest, realistic, good communicator, responds very fast, very informed, all around truly good person to work with.
It was so awesome to work with Alyssa! She worked INCREDIBLY hard and sold my condo for much more than I thought it would sell for in a very tough market. Alyssa handled the purchase of my investment property amazingly! She found the house the first day it hit the market and toured it in advance to make sure it was the right fit.
