Alyssa is a terrific realtor!! If you want someone who will exceed your expectations Alyssa is the one for you. When we first started working with her last November she started sending us houses that were just what we were looking for. Over the next couple months Alyssa took the time to show us over two dozen properties. Any questions or concerns we had along the way she was sure to address. In January we finally found "the one* and she helped us to put in an offer. We just closed on the property and could not be more excited!! She has made the entire process a breeze and very enjoyable! We first met Alyssa Pillsbury at an Open House. Alyssa contacted us the next day with answers to questions we had expressed about the home's history. When we later were interested in making an appointment to view some properties we called her agency to see if we could see a home as soon as possible. Alyssa worked with her schedule and made arrangements to view the home the same day. She paid close attention to our remarks and opinions and very quickly had an accurate understanding of what we were looking for in a home. Alyssa is very good as being quietly there without pressure, but ready with information when we needed it. We quickly developed a very comfortable working relationship and due to that, in less than two weeks we were able to locate a property we hoped to acquire. Alyssa was able to help us determine the best offer for the property and also our response to the seller's counteroffer. We were successful in our home purchase. We were never pressured to sign a contract with her as our agent. Alyssa made herself available to us by phone, text & email. We could not have been happier with the personable yet professional attitude we found with Alyssa. She was knowledgeable yet open to admit when she wasn't sure of some detail (although she always got answers for us from her agency). We were very confident with her honest approach to her work and would be very happy to work with her again.
