She moved to Ocala for the community, HITS, the horses, and the barns with the green rolling hills dotted with beautiful live oaks dripping w/Spanish moss. She joined Royal Shell at Golden Ocala and formed the Ocala Horse and Farm Properties. She is ready to assist you with finding a home in or near the highly anticipated World Equestrian Center (WEC).
Before establishing herself and her family in Ocala, Fl, Alyssa lived in Old wick NJ, Spring Island, SC an Malibu, Ca. While raising her 2 sons and daughter she worked at Sotheby’s International Realty in Malibu. She also worked for Low Country real estate and Spring Island Realty, specializing in luxury private communities. She has hands on experience with all phases of construction from to extensive remodels to ground up new builds. This extensive knowledge helps her to understand the buyer and seller as well as the investor. Alyssa grew up and graduated from University of Cincinnati. She has traveled extensively and lived/worked abroad which helps her to understand a clients varied needs and expectations.
Whispering Oaks Farm in Ocala is where she calls home to her family.
She is a competitive show jumper, who enjoys bringing young horses along. She is a former competitive triathlete. Alyssa loves the outdoor activities that Ocala has to offer and feels that it’s a great place to live”
