From the beginning of this process all the way up to settlement Alyssa made selling our home easy! With her expertise in our area I knew she'd list our home accordingly. She helped us sell furniture, coordinate an estate sale and answered any questions we had immediately....her communication is excellent! We will definitely be using her for our next real estate transaction! Highly recommended!!! Thank you Alyssa!!♥️
Alyssa is the best hands down, she goes above and beyond, very awesome person and professional, got me through a situation I am very grateful to be out of. Best of the best !!
First I must say the sale of this home was under duress after some traumatic family events, throughout this process I couldn’t have wished for not only a better Realtor but also a solid friend . My marriage fell apart and being in separate living spaces with other complications thrown in Alyssa truly was an angel. Not only did she sell our home but she grew up on the block and knew all the neighbors who have fond memories of her as a kid. She helped me, despite a failing marriage and major family issues Alyssa coordinated everything seamlessly and treated me with compassion and respect during a difficult time in my life and selling the house very quickly to boot. She helped us in areas she didn’t have to , thank you does not suffice needless to say, you’d be smart to grab her as your agent before everyone finds out about her, she is a wonderful person, a hard worker and very dedicated , I am glad to know her through the sale of my home , she is a special lady.
Alyssa has made this rather stressful process relatively easy from start to finish. Always there when needed with a smile. Great experience!!!
Alyssa was an absolute joy to work with; her attention to every little detail was incredible! She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that what could be a very stressful time was a smooth and easy transition. I recommend that anyone currently in the market selling or buying a home reach out to her.
As a caring agent she goes above and beyond to make you feel confident in the situation! Always keeps in contact
Alyssa doesn't lose (a deal). She doesn't know how to. My sale had obstacles from the beginning and the township inspector delayed my closing by 30 days! Alyssa was beyond persistent dealing with the inspectors and permit approvers and closing agents. I gave up long before she did. And even though it was late (not her fault), it finally closed. Anyone can look like a good realtor when the deal is sunshine and rainbows, but what about when a thunderstorm rolls in? She's an ace! Highly recommend!
She was very successful in getting things accomplished to move the sale along
Ms. Nestoras worked tirelessly in representing our interests and answered our questions plainly and thoroughly. The results speak to Alyssa's efficiency and professionalism: she and her team brought us multiple offers, we were under contract in 8 days and closed within a month. We are happy clients and recommend her for your real estate needs.
Alyssa did a great job throughout the entire selling experience. Extremely attentive to communication and never pressured me into making any specific pricing decision, even when my decisions could have jeopardized the deal. Fully supportive of my negotiated stance throughout the process and needless to say, was able to convey those positions to the buyers in a positive manner. Very detail oriented and professional. Highly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking for a top notch agent.
