First I must say the sale of this home was under duress after some traumatic family events, throughout this process I couldn’t have wished for not only a better Realtor but also a solid friend . My marriage fell apart and being in separate living spaces with other complications thrown in Alyssa truly was an angel. Alyssa doesn't lose (a deal). She doesn't know how to. My sale had obstacles from the beginning and the township inspector delayed my closing by 30 days! Alyssa was beyond persistent dealing with the inspectors and permit approvers and closing agents. I gave up long before she did. And even though it was late (not her fault), it finally closed. Anyone can look like a good realtor when the deal is sunshine and rainbows, but what about when a thunderstorm rolls in? She's an ace! Highly recommend!
