We had a really great experience working with Alyssa across the last year and a half. Beyond the skills you would expect in an agent (local knowledge, process guidance, negotiations), she was extremely patient and sensitive to our preferences and desires. And we were probably not always the easiest given we were first time buyers and had very specific tastes regarding neighborhood and style of house. Anytime we wanted to view a property, Alyssa would help get a visit set up immediately - plus she always joined us for those and gave a lot of very detailed feedback and advice on what she saw - both good and bad - with the property. That really helped because we never felt pressured. Once we found the right house for our family, Alyssa was so detailed and attentive during all phases of the buying process. We never felt like we were missing anything or falling behind. And there were a number of challenges we had to overcome with the buying process and Alyssa was awesome helping navigate those barriers. We will always recommend Alyssa to friends and family when they are on a house search. It is comforting to always feel like you the most important client even when you know there are dozens of others Alyssa is probably working with - but we never felt her being distracted or thinking about anything but your situation.
