Over many years, I have worked with many agents both buying and selling properties. She is certainly one of the most outstanding, if not the most outstanding, broker with whom I have dealt. She did an amazing job in successfully negotiating the sale of my home on Martha's Vineyard, which was a very quirky and tricky property to sell. Alyssa was incredibly thorough in marketing the property, including the virtual walk through, getting an article in the New York Times’s monthly “What You Get” page of the real estate section (top left with my property as the pictured property readers first find) and another feature in the July issue of Martha’s Vineyard Real Estate Guide. She gave excellent advice on holding firm on the asking price and correctly predicted that there would likely be increased action a week or two after the fourth of July. The final result was a sale over the asking price. Alyssa brings terrific personal qualities to the job. She’s incredibly bright, competent, hardworking, indefatigable, personable, honest, reliable, responsive, thorough – the list of adjectives could go on and on. The sale process encountered many obstacles, all of which she was able to navigate successfully. I can't recommend her highly enough.
