Alyssa was incredibly thorough in marketing the property, including the virtual walk through, getting an article in the New York Times’s monthly “What You Get” page of the real estate section (top left with my property as the pictured property readers first find) and another feature in the July issue of Martha’s Vineyard Real Estate Guide. She gave excellent advice on holding firm on the asking price and correctly predicted that there would likely be increased action a week or two after the fourth of July. The final result was a sale over the asking price. Alyssa brings terrific personal qualities to the job. She’s incredibly bright, competent, hardworking, indefatigable, personable, honest, reliable, responsive, thorough – the list of adjectives could go on and on.
