Working with Alyssa was amazingly smooth. We had worked with 2 realtors for roughly 6 months prior and were outbid on 7 homes. We met with Alyssa on a Thursday and were under contract by Monday. Her knowledge of the Sarasota area, contracts, negotiation, and construction of properties was outstanding. She was able to answer our questions personally or connect us with someone who could.
