She listed the property right away in multiple locations, took pictures, asked us questions and really familiarized herself with the property and our sale goals. Alyson has continued to help me even after closing on our home! We moved to Winston Salem. Alyson doggedly engaged vendors for inspections, repair estimates among other needs. She was able to get all repairs covered by Seller. Post closing she continues to be my go-to for vendors as I am new to the area and know no one. She is fun to work with and has the most amazing attitude, never offended by my often dry, extremely sarcastic and from time to time completely too honest assessments/comments.
