I have used Alyson as my realtor on both the selling and buying side of real estate for 3 homes and I must say, I have never revived such personalized, attentive service across the board! She found my absolute dream beach townhome this year and I could not be happier with her attention to detail and effort to get the closing done in the timeframe I desired and for the price I thought was impossible to find for a 4 bedroom, beautiful “happy place” I’ve been dreaming of for over 15 years! She uses her incredibly personal skills to navigate the process and goes the extra mile so you don’t have to worry about things most realtors leave to buyers/sellers! There was nothing she wasn’t willing to do to make the sometimes stressful process of buying and selling a home move along seamlessly! I would recommend her to anyone that wants 110% from their realtor!
