Alvin helped the reviewer buy this property

Alvin knows the Atlanta market very well.

It has been a pleasure working with Alvin Slate on finding an investment property in the Atlanta area. He is very knowledgeable of the Atlanta market and is very responsive. He shares deals with me as soon as they come on the market. He has been very patient with me and did not force me to buy a deal that I did not like. I do not live in the Atlanta area. Alvin did the first walk-through of all the properties I had interest in and always sent me a video of the property the same day he walked through the property. He has been very good at referring property inspectors, and contractors that will rehab the house. I will definitely recommend Alvin Slate as a realtor if you are looking to buy an investment property or a primary residence property in the Atlanta area.
