Alvin was instrumental in assisting me in purchasing “my dream retirement home.” Mr. Levy is a consummate professional and is very knowledgeable in all phases of purchasing the right home for his client. After closing on my home of over 20 years in another city; he immediately set me up with a mortgage broker to get approved within my designated budget to ensure that the house hunting process would have minimal delays. Once I decided that I was interested in DR Horton Homes at Somerset, he met with the agent to see what plans and incentives they were offering. After touring a home in that area that didn’t meet my needs, Mr. Levy arranged for me to view a home by the builder in another subdivision. When I walked into the home, I knew that was the home for me. Mr. Levy explained to me that there were four offers on the home and if I wanted the home, I needed to put up the earnest money and leave the rest to him to handle. After coordinating with the agent, not only did I get the home, I got an interest rate of 2.85%. I owe all of this to Mr. Levy’s professionalism and negotiation skills. I highly recommend Mr. Levy to anyone that is looking for a home. He will take care of all of the processes associated with purchasing their new home; or, as in my case their “dream home!”
