Alvin Belden is a gentleman and fine realtor. We first met him in Winter 2022 and only able to close on our home in Winter 2023. He was with us the entire step of the way from being shown multiple homes he found as well as homes we found on Zillow ourselves. He was there for us when we had issues with the builder of the new home we were planning to purchase and always made sure he was present as our representative when visiting our home as it was being built and when we met with the seller's realtor and general contractor and finally when we got to closing. Al helped my wife and me find and purchase a house north of Philadelphia.
