I have to first say that I live in New York and due to work and travel could not get to go to Florida once during the buying process. My realtor Althea Whittaker went above and beyond during this process, of not only providing verbal detailed information about the entire property's amenities pros and cons but also sending me emails with information that I could read and have for my records. The information provided by Althea assisted me in making an informed decision regarding the suitability of purchasing said property. Althea was so considerate, knowing That I couldn't be there she went to the property and video called me giving a through virtual tour and inspection of the property, once again giving me an opportunity to solidify my decision to purchase or not. She was very unbiased about giving honest feedback to any questions I had regarding purchasing property. Her professionalism and empathy was unwavering throughout the process and I sometimes felt like l was asking too much of her. Never did she drop the ball on me. Althea figuratively held my hand through the entire purchasing process! She even went and did a final walk through of the property before closing Making sure that everything was in place as she knew I was not able to make it there. I was very much surprised by the video She sent me titled " final walk through " with narration! I must say it was initially a scary process for me but Althea somehow made me feel at ease when I was stressed out she provided all the answers I needed to be at ease.. I am happy with my purchase and could not have chosen a better realtor than Althea to navigate me through the process!
