Alphonso is the best. I used him as a realtor to buy my first home in 2011 and then sell the same home 8 years later. He was very detailed and prompt when handling my closings. He is always available and accommodated when it comes to viewing home. He also give us excellent advice such as home much to offer for certain homes and help us find a home that met our needs back in 2011. I love that he even shows up for home inspections and follow up with us if it seemed that we forgot to submit approvals or send documents requested. This year he has been helping me to buy my second home. So far the process has been very smooth as back in 2011. He took time of his vacation to drive to me on a Saturday and show me 3 homes which I really appreciate. We submitted an offer per his recommendations and thankfully we are under contract and looking forward to close now in September 2019. Very professional and knowledgeable.
