Initially Alpa was just a referral from an unknown person I randomly reached out to, from Texas!! I started communicating from TX, she lined up several prospects, and we ended up visiting Tampa, FL a couple of times. I found Alpa to be very energetic, enthusiastic, and highly knowledgeable about Tampa Real Estate market. She is also well liked by all major Builder's sites staff, I noticed. As it turned out for us, we've not only close on a new house, but now are also very good friends!!
