Well it started in January of this year.we were interested in one unit But it didn't have a property conversion.so the owner who really wanted 290,000 decides to resend my offer to finish the conversion.so after that we looked at another unit that was a little more money but it has a bigger yard which was the selling point from day one.through it all Alon has been very very patient and not discouraging at all.so he will get 1000 stars from me and Mindy.so congrats to you Alon hope your big project you have gets finished and you get the asking price.anyone who needs a great realtor call Alon Wisen.he will get your dream house and guide you through the whole process.Thanks Tony Torres Jr.and Mindy Gomez.thanks for being so very very very patient
