Alma, Is a very knowledgeable and detailed oriented Realtor. During the sale of one of my homes, she made sure we got the best possible offer for the home. Before she brought the offer to us she made sure it was at the comparable price for the neighborhood. This was in May during the shut down for COVID 19. The buyer thought since we were in a pandemic, they could give us a low ball offer. Alma negotiated until we were right were we wanted to be. We never knew there was a low ball offer on the table, until she negotiated the offer up an additional $50K. Alma knew if she brought me the offer I would say "That's it, no house for them" and I would not be willing to go back and forth. She knew I had no patience for foolishness and I would not tolerate it. With that said Alma has listed another one of my homes and we received an offer in 4 days $5K above asking. We buy and sell house all the time and Alma is my go to person. She knows the market and she understands business. Some of the realtors we have used before did not understand the market or business.
