About Alma

Alma Nely Larkin grew up on the Mexico-Texas border and moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 2009. She found the area charming, and together with her husband, decided to plant roots and stay in Bartlesville to raise their family. Alma Nely attended the University of Texas and graduated with a double major receiving a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Psychology plus a minor in French. The skills learned through studying human behavior, coupled with her experience in customer service, give her a unique insight into finding the best possible outcome for her clients. In 2016, she became a naturalized U.S. citizen by grit and grace. As an immigrant, Alma Nely understands that the two mainstays of living the American Dream are entrepreneurship and homeownership. This is what drew her to Real Estate. It is her mission and passion to help others find a place to call home! Alma Nely married a native Bartian, and together they are raising their twin daughters and son. In their free time, they chauffeur their children to their various after school activities, and if time permits, they manage to cook a homemade meal. Alma Nely es graduada de la Universidad de Texas con una doble especialidad en psicología y español más una especialidad menor en francés. Helped navigate quick closing

Alma is a fantastic realtor and helped us purchase our dream home for our large family that stayed in our price range and had everything that we needed in our home. As we looked at homes Alma was never pushy with us to make an offer or to settle on a house that didn’t fit our needs. She always provided helpful information about each home and what she thought was good about it and not as good about it. She was excellent about pointing out different things that need to be repaired or if she thought the home was overpriced or what we could negotiate with the seller. When we first started looking at homes we told her two that we knew were under contract but that we loved. The sale of one of those homes fell through and Alma got us in to see it and make an offer before it was back on Market. She helped us navigate a quick closing with the loan officer that she recommend to us. Overall the whole experience went incredibly smooth and at closing she gave us a lovely move in gift. If you are buying or selling a home in Bartlesville I absolutely recommend Alma!

Alma went above and beyond!

Alma was amazing! My dad passed and I had to sell his house, Alma and her whole family helped out! She was patient and kind and even spent all day helping on a garage sale! She was attentive and driven! She became part of the family!
