I have worked with Alma on several home sales, 3 times as the buyer and 3 times as the seller. Recently we sold 2 homes with Alma, my fiance's and my own. Alma was amazing in helping us getting our homes ready for the market and even helped us get skilled cleaners, repair people and even a last minute plumber! In this crazy market, Alma helped us weed through the multiple offers and got us into escrow and closed with the best price. We also recently worked with Alma as the buyers and whew that was a ride.
