Alma is a very active full time agent who is not only a true business professional, but a kind hearted person. She made sure to truly represent me and my interests in the transaction while educating me on the process as we proceeded through the purchase of my new condo. She wanted to make sure I was getting into the right home for me, not just any home. She answered my calls, and when she did miss one on occasion, she made sure to call me back in a very timely manner. She stayed with me through the process and accompanied me on visits, the closing and every aspect of the transaction. She updated me on a regular basis. I can't say enough good things about Alma, except that you would be hard pressed to find a better agent in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
