Allyson helped the reviewer sell this property

Allyson was a great choice for selling my property, especially at a difficult time during the COVID 19 pandemic. She was always available, was a great communicator, followed up with anyone that visited as a prospective buyer, is very well respected by her industry peers which helped close the sale as she "coached" them through the process. In addition to being an overall seasoned and knowledgeable real estate agent, she is also an expert in the downtown Delray Beach market. She knows all of the properties, current inventory, valuation and the competitive market. If someone is interested in selling or buying a property in Delray Beach, I would recommend that they consider using Allyson Sullivan as their agent.
