Allyson became our realtor in 2017. We were interested in buying a second home in Delray Beach and within days she found the perfect house for us, in a perfect location, and well within our budget which allowed us to add gorgeous landscaping and a beautiful pool. Allyson is amazing! She had my home listed a year ago when nothing was moving. There were two homes next to mine, that were for sale for months. She came in and had open houses, made awesome flyers and had more traffic through there in two weeks, then the other homes had in 6 months. She had a contract on my house in a month. I got cold feet and backed out of the deal. Fast forward a year, I decided to sale again. Allyson came over on a Friday to photograph the home. Allyson put on MLS Friday evening and had two showings Saturday afternoon and two offers!! The home sold in less then 24 hours, for the asking price!
