We can’t recommend Allyson highly enough. We decided to relocate permanently while we were spending a year abroad, and had a very tight timeline. Allyson was there every step of the way. She gave us great advice about how to make the house shine, from the yard work to the staging to the little tweaks. And she helped us focus on the things that made the biggest difference. She even tracked down contractors and landscapers and arranged projects while we were still out of town. Allyson is a great communicator, was really clear on the process, and was always available when we needed her. And she was gracious about helping out with every little detail, even coming in to keep things up when we were already out of town. Allyson's ideas about putting the house on the market, publicizing it, pricing it, and taking offers were spot on. We ended up with twelve offers and sold the house for more than $100,000 over list—even as interest rates were already rising! We would go with Allyson again in a heartbeat.
