Allyson was great! There was some wood scattered throughout the property that the buyers were demanding to be gone by closing. Not only did Allyson stay on top of such details, she went above and beyond the call of duty by collecting all the wood into one pile for me to come and haul off saving me time and mental strain. What a blessing she was knowing my situation and doing everything she could to help. The appraisal didn't come out as we had hoped but that's what happens when you deal with the strict VA guidelines. We were able to negotiate and still make the sale happen.
