Allyson is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met. There was an issue with an old survey of our property but Allyson was able to track down the mistake made years ago, contact the firm responsible and resolve the issue so we were still able to close on time.
Allyson is a delight to work with. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find it. She sold our old home and helped us find and buy our new one. Our old home was a manufactured home that unbeknownst to us did not have a clear title. We had worked with a manufactured home company several months earlier planning to move off the old home and have a modular home built in it's place. That company was not able to figure out how to get the information needed to get the title situation cleared up but Allyson was able to get the information needed and had the wheels in motion within half an hour. She was a life saver and now we are in a brick home with more land than we had for not a lot more than the deal we had been working on several months earlier and our payment is less than what it was going to be.
