Allyn has gone beyond expectations during the transition from one residence to another. He managed the selling in record time and gave us directions that limited the anxiety from the beginning to the closing activities. Allyn Maycumber is the best. We’ve done our fair share of real estate transactions over the years. Being new to the area, we were bracing for the “smooth sales talkers.” You know the ones: “Think it over, but if you don’t act today, it’ll be gone tomorrow,” etc. From our first conversation with Allyn, he was different. We felt like we were talking to a real person. Oh my goodness that was refreshing.
