We bought our new house with Ally, and sold our old one with her. The buying was relatively easy, but she helped with the negotiations and all went very smoothly. The selling is more challenging, and Ally was great. Her advice is very professional, and she suggested advisors on the preparation for sale. Once the house was ready, which took a while, Ally sold the house in a few days, thank goodness. She even had backups. We had various inspection issues, and Ally had great people to help with remediation or clearance info. We both think Ally is terrific!
