Allison Wightman was a truly exceptional agent for buying and selling our home. We met Allison 2 years ago when we flew from Colorado to North Carolina to find our new home. We only had a week to find a home here in NC. Allison was ready for us. She heard what we needed and showed us exactly what we wanted. She found our perfect home on the first day! When it was time to sell our home, it was a no-brainer to call Allison Wightman again. She met with us immediately. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. Allison set up a plan for going on the market and walked us through every step. For pictures, the video and showings, she coached us on exactly how to best prepare our home and present it at its best - even with 4 pets! The pictures, videos and brochures were professionally done and looked incredible. Our house went on the market on a Friday, by Saturday we had 2 solid offers, one of those was well over asking price.
