When I say Allison is the best realtor, I TRULY mean it!! She went above and beyond for us and was so knowledgeable of all realty aspects and answered all questions we had! She was truly more than a realtor and we love the relationship we built with her throughout the process! We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us!!
I can't say enough about Allison. She is the BEST Realtor I have ever done business with. At this point, between Me and My Wife, we have Sold 1 house, and Purchased 2 Houses with Allison. Allison walked through my home, the first time I met her, and gave me tips and pointers about what will help me sell my house, and make the most profit. She KNEW what the market WANTED. I was out of town the weekend we put the house on the market, and by the time we came home, we had 8 written offers, 4 of which were for OVER asking price. Allison combined all the offers into 1 nice spreadsheet, and sent them over for us to review. From the day we listed it, to the day we had a contract was 3 days. We began looking for a house soon after, and went through the process of looking for a house for close to a year. Allison was incredibly understanding, every time we did not like a house, and was more than willing to ask the sellers realtor any and all questions that I had, even though several questions I had were Minor and Petty. There was a couple times that Allison gave us a heads up that she would be out of town, and it seemed like every time that happened, we found a house we just had to look at. Allison called her friends in the real estate community, and found someone to show us the houses every time. Did I mention that she even works on her family vacations, weekends, weekdays, 24-hours a day.....If you need a realtor, to buy or to sell, I would go with Allison.
