I had a fantastic experience with this realtor. Although she made me work hard, and also pitched in her own time and effort, to get the house ready for sale, all advice was right on track. The house was move-in ready, showed extremely well, and had a pending sale in just over a week. We closed within a month of listing, even though I didn't get it on the market until early August. You cannot go wrong with Allison!
