Allison did an outstanding job representing me in the sale of my Gulf view condo. She was recommended to me by one of her former clients and I liked her instantly. She is personable and professional and mixes the two very well. Allison worked diligently to stage open houses and create mailings to promote my condo - all the while the market was slowing with the increased interest rate and slower economy. She was not deterred. Allison was easily reachable and quick to call back if I had to leave her a voice mail. She was also quick to call me with any updates. I knew, without a doubt, that she had my back during the negotiation process and she was on top of all that went on from signed contract to closing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Allison and her team and I highly recommend her in the sale and/or purchase of your next home. Allison is a true professional with a good heart.
