She encouraged me when I was doubtful about finding a home that would be perfect for me, went above a beyond showing up for appointments when I was unavailable to before AND AFTER closing, patiently answered all questions I had no matter how many times I asked them or if they could be found in paperwork right in front of me, and negotiated with professionalism.
