Allison helped us find our perfect home, and then expertly guided and advised our especially difficult closing process. As first time home buyers we were very surprised by situations we thought impossible, but ultimately found ourselves in, but Allison helped all parties keep calm through it all and navigated a difficult situation to a successful closing. This was our first home purchase and Allison took the time to explain the whole process thoroughly to us and make sure we knew what to expect at each step of the process. I already knew I was going to enjoy working with Allison the minute I first spoke to her: she actively listened to my wants and needs, comprehended them, and quickly worked to show me properties in my area. On my second offer (the first got rejected), Allison shared keen insight on the home I was looking to purchase and helped in analyzing the neighborhood as to whether it would best fit my needs. Following the inspection, we had to negotiate many repairs and Allison worked diligently and was very transparent during the negotiations. We almost went through two counteroffers when she suggested I revisit my first offer now that a month had passed. Sure enough, the seller took the offer and I ended up pursuing the home I originally set my heart on. Allison even helped negotiate repairs (even after the seller accepted my lower offer) that my mortgage company required for the loan. Finally, and probably the most impressive part of working with Allison: she worked so well with the title and mortgage companies of my choosing and we managed to close on the house IN LESS THAN A MONTH...and I'm a young, new homeowner!! That's crazy! She's that good!! After all was said and done and I was in my new home, she was still quick to answer any last-minute questions I had as a new homeowner. Overall, I was beyond impressed with Allison. Working with her was such a pleasure and she made the entire buying process not only fun, but stress-free. She'll do the same for you; I'd highly recommend Ms. Nortier to anyone.
