Allison is a truly wonderful agent! My wife and I cannot express our gratitude for her help buying our first home. Being new to the Charlotte area, we were unfamiliar with different areas, and Allison took her time walking us through the differences in each neighborhood, which helped us make our decision. She was easy to reach, an excellent negotiator, and having been in the mortgage business in the past, she was extremely knowledgeable about the best way to present an offer was!
