Alli is well immersed in the South Florida real estate market, she has her finger on the pulse for sure. We were searching for a needle in a haystack (2/2 under $250k that didn’t need a full rehab) but we found it - and thanks to her we made the deal. Alli was very responsive throughout and always right on time for any scheduled visits (and very flexible for spur of the moment). She was great to work with, very knowledgeable (answered mostly all of my questions and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she found it for me within a day or 2), and made the whole process smoother overall. She had great advice and recommendations (for inspection, title co. Etc). Will use her again in the future for next purchase. Thanks again Alli!
