Hi, I’m Allison Mersman, a Southeast Michigan REALTOR® with a passion for making real estate feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more personal.
My real estate career actually started long before I became an agent. I joined RE/MAX Dream Properties in 2015, where I spent years learning the business from the inside out before earning my real estate license in 2019. Since then, I’ve continued working closely behind the scenes on transactions while helping buyers and sellers navigate moves of their own.
That experience gives me a unique perspective as an agent. I understand not only the exciting parts of buying and selling a home, but also the details, deadlines, paperwork, negotiations, and coordination it takes to get from an accepted offer to the closing table.
I’m based in Fenton and serve clients throughout Southeast Michigan, with a special love for the Fenton and Brighton areas. Whether you’re buying your first home, ready for something with a little more space, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely supported throughout the process.
When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll usually find me at home with my husband and our three dogs—Stella, Nova, and Whiskey—or finding another project to get myself into.
