We loved working with Allison to buy our house! My fiance and I were first time home buyers, and felt comfortable asking Allison any question. She was also so patient - I think we ended up looking through about 40 houses before we ultimately found our home! Allison is the best :)

Finding the right place for us took over a year, but Allison never made us feel rushed to make a decision and truely wanted us to find a place that was best for us that we were sure about getting. We had quite a situation with attempting to purchase a short sale and Allison was extremely patient. When the short sale fell through and we had to really power shop on homes because technically we were in between homes and during the 6 months of waiting for the short sale house pricing had gone up again making finding a home within our budget even harder, she was still extremely patient with us and my millions of emails saying we need to "see this right away!". She gave great advice and didn't just try to sell us a home, she tried to find the perfect home for us.

I know of Allison's past home building experience. With that in mind, I thought what great experience for a real estate agent to have. So I called her. We began our search probably a year prior to finding the home we eventually purchased. After the first few homes that we visited, Allison was able to discern what my wife and I wanted in our home and she was able to help us along that path. Allison's eye for detail becomes very evident when you tour a home with her. As for the process, she held our hands when needed and allowed us room to make our own decisions. She answered our questions when we had them and she would fill us in on everything that was going on with the closing process. Would I recommend Allison? Yes! Allison's architectural background and knoweldge of the real estate market and process is second to none.
