I was selling my brother's home from out-of-state. I was concerned that we would get enough money to cover our estate expenses. I had briefly talked with other agents but only interviewed Allison Levent. During our initial meeting, Allison answered our questions thoroughly and completely. She showed us examples of listings and how her team used the internet to market the property. At that point, we did not need to look any further. Our meeting with Allison covered our selling strategy. We did discuss the pricing and I thought her evaluation of our home was right on target. We discussed what to fix and what not to fix. We discussed what buyers wanted to see and where we should spend our money and time to prepare for the sale. I cleaned some areas, painted some areas and power washed the driveway and home. I trimmed the bushes and grass. We left minimal furniture staged in the home. We had expended some sweat equity that paid off. During the first 24 hours we had two offers over asking price. Allison and I exchanged texts and phone calls when necessary. When she sent me documents she also texted me to give me a heads up the documents were available for review. Allison also helped us to negotiate the sale of the furniture and helped us during the inspection process. When the first buyer walked away, Allison had the second contract ready to go. Her advice was accurate and timely communicated. I would call her again in a heartbeat for another property... I think that this "Win" for Allison is a "Win" for Metro Brokers because she is part of a bigger team. The team backing her also makes the transaction go smoothly. Though I never see the people behind the scenes I know that they were also a positive part of the process.
