Allison represented us as the buyer. We spent 8 months trying to find a home, and she remained patient with us through out the process despite my husband and I wanting completely different things and not always seeing eye to eye on what we both found to be important. My husband is extremely inpatient, and we would text or call her wanting to see a home that same day, and she always made it happen, sometimes even within an hour's notice. When we finally found the right home for us, my husband suggested a price to offer. She suggested offering $10,000 less. We were nervous we were going to lose the house, but the seller came back asking us to go up $5K and we would have a deal so in the end she saved us from paying too much. She also negotiated on our behalf several other terms in our favor (closing costs and repairs.) She pulled out all the stops to get our 14 day escrow request done and closed the deal. On one home we were interested in, there were so many offers in and so many counter offers happening back and forth that she made the honest recommendation that this home's value was not worth what we could end up paying for it and we decided to walk away from it- so glad we did! We also worked with her husband Gary Kawano as our loan agent and this made the process even more seamless having them working together. I would definitely hire Allison again.
