Allison Garner was phenomenal! She covered all the details up front, took time to understand the timing & importance of the sell of my house. Allison took control of marketing & showing the property, so I could focus on my move. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else. Allison Garner explained the best way to put my house on the market, set it up for showing & an offer was made, she was amazing! The only thing not listed above was positive, Allison Garner never had a doubt on selling the property & she came through on her word! Excellent! Allison Garner was absolutely incredible to work with. We spent the month of February in Pinehurst to see if we would want to live here. We reached out to Allison after we were given her name by a member of the Pinehurst Newcomers Group. Within four hours she sent us a file of 25 homes that she felt would meet our needs. When we indicated the homes we would like to look at, she quickly arranged visits for us. After we settled on a home, Allison quickly and efficiently processed the offer. After it was accepted. we returned to our current home in New York. Allison did an incredible job of handling all of the legwork that was necessary to complete the transaction knowing that we were 800 miles away. She continually gave us recommendations for the people we would need yo complete the transaction such as mortgage companies, lawyers, home inspectors, etc. She was always available if there was anything we needed to see the transaction through to conclusion. No matter how many times we spoke, she always concluded the conversation by stating that we should let her know if there is anything she could do for us. If I need to do a real estate transaction in the future I will definitely want Allison. I will make it a point to highly recommend her to those we encounter in the Pinehurst Newcomers Group.

Allison is the pure definition of customer service. I have never worked with a better agent. Over all houses of the buying and selling approx 12 homes that I have done, she is by far the absolute best agent I have ever experience. This lady is sharp and very professional.
