She was very quick to respond to my texts or email and offered any assistance that I may have needed. She was WONDERFUL to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Allison was warm and personable. Very sweet to work with. She went above and beyond in showing properties. I was coming from out of town and had a very limited time on two separate weekends. She seems to work very hard to make her client feel satisfied with their experience. She not only helped me find the perfect house she referred me to painters, septic inspectors and pretty much everyone I used for the house. I can't reccomend her highly enough! She was wonderful.

Allison Garner was absolutely incredible to work with. We spent the month of February in Pinehurst to see if we would want to live here. We reached out to Allison after we were given her name by a member of the Pinehurst Newcomers Group. Within four hours she sent us a file of 25 homes that she felt would meet our needs. When we indicated the homes we would like to look at, she quickly arranged visits for us. After we settled on a home, Allison quickly and efficiently processed the offer. After it was accepted. we returned to our current home in New York. Allison did an incredible job of handling all of the legwork that was necessary to complete the transaction knowing that we were 800 miles away. She continually gave us recommendations for the people we would need yo complete the transaction such as mortgage companies, lawyers, home inspectors, etc. She was always available if there was anything we needed to see the transaction through to conclusion. No matter how many times we spoke, she always concluded the conversation by stating that we should let her know if there is anything she could do for us.
