I knew from our first conversation that Allison was going to be a great realtor. She assured me that she would fight for me as the buyer in negotiations and would help me understand the home buying process since it was my first purchase. She delivered beyond expectations. The purchasing of my house was not as stressful as I had anticipated and a big reason why was because Allison took initiative and was always a step ahead. She was patient with me, clearly understood my needs and wants, showed me relevant properties and listened to my feedback. She always had time to take my calls, texts, and questions.
