Allison assisted in helping me buy my first home, she took the time to walk me through all the hoops they make you go through, she also stayed on top of my inspector, lender and appraiser to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. She was willing to put me before her commission and if that doesn't speak volume for the type of person she is nothing will. She also assisted me in selling this home and it was an even smoother process than the first. She even supported me in choosing a buyer that I felt was more deserving verses the buyer that offered more money knowing it would cut down on her commission. she is in this profession for her love of helping people and not just the money and I couldn't recommend her more.
