This is the fourth home that I have purchased. At 65 years old, I want this to be my last home. She asked us several questions that were very appropriate to find the perfect house for my friend and I were seeking. Her market knowledge and professionalism were top-notch. She was right on the value of every house that we wanted to make a bid to purchase. The seller was not willing to come down to the market value price. Allison orchestrated a deal to reduce my buyer closing cost so the house was within my budget to afford the place we bought. She even took a lesser commission to save the deal and put us in the house of our dreams and hopefully the last place to live. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities were outstanding where she worked closely with The Veterans United Team of professionals in all facets of buying a house. She put together all the administrative requirements and perfect touches to the house to make it the forever home for this former Air Force Officer and a retired Marine. She is the Best!
